What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note; We are not responsible for any customs or import duties when your items reach your country. These will be your responsibility.

How are products packaged?
Carefully.  We use tissue, bubblewrap and everything is boxed.

What if my package is damaged on arrival?
Please check your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there is any damage admin@hokitikaglass.co.nz with your order number and photos of the damaged package and item/s.

What are shipping costs?
Shipping starts at $14.50 NZD, please enter your location at checkout to get exact costs.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
All orders from the website will be shipped within 3 business days. During the Christmas period, orders may take longer than usual. Please be patient and we will ship your orders as soon as possible.

Do you create custom orders?
Yes please get in touch

Will my parcel be tracked?
Yes. NZ Couriers will email you with tracking information as soon as the parcel is collected from us and scanned.

Can we visit in store?
Yes we have a retail space located at 9 Weld Street, Hokitika where you can visit and see our glassblowers create on site.

Are all items in the shop in stock ready to ship?
Almost everything.  If not, we will endeavour to get it made and shipped within a few days.

If I order 2 of the same product will they be the same?
Each product is handmade so every piece is unique.

What is your refund/returns policy?
